Book Review - Good Services

Open in amazon.com Good Services is an instant classic and reference material. This is one of those books that gets underlined and dog-eared. The principles of good service design are solid, witty and well thought out. So well, that the table of contents doubles as a checklist or heuristics. Like the graphic design, the message is bluntly simple depictation of what it is required to create good services in complex, siloed organizations. Bold, colorful typography, use of color and layout works great - it could serve as a manual for good graphic design. The bold black type just begs to be underlined with colored highlighting pen.
